How are Delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated by the size of the package and weight, selected delivery method, and shipping address.
In your shopping cart, Shop To Play shows your estimated Delivery fees, based on the lowest price Delivery method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the Australia, your actual Delivery fees may be higher.

When Will the Order Ship?
Each product on has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days and provided on the product's page. Processing time frames vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled. Your full delivery time includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include holidays announced by the government of Australia.

Please Note: If you select one or two-day shipping, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12 p.m. AE.S.T, or it may not be processed until the next business day. How The Shipment Can Be Tracked?
Tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. Status of the shipment can be tracked by visiting the Track Your Order page. For orders within the Australia, customers can use AusPost official website
Tracking availability varies based on the types of items purchased, Selected shipping method, and the carrier of the item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan the package into its tracking system. This means the tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
